The Seller Has Not / Will Not Ship My Order
If you believe a seller is withholding goods you have paid for, start by reaching out to the seller. Send them a message and give them an opportunity to explain the situation. Additionally, check the listing to ensure there are no specified shipping or handling times that might explain the delay. It's important to perform these basic checks first.
If you are unable to get a resolution from the seller, we recommend contacting your payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) or the bank associated with the card used on the payment for the purchase to dispute the charges.
You may also report the seller to us. While we may not provide a direct resolution, we encourage you to report the seller and monitor any future transactions with them.
