- ✕ scams or suspicious activity
Accounts that break our rules may be restricted or removed because protecting genuine users matters most.
Verified business accounts & clear profiles
A complete profile helps build trust.
Sellers can add:
- business details (if applicable)
- clear contact information
- accurate part descriptions
- real photos
Buyers can message sellers, ask questions, and check listing history before deciding to purchase.
Honest listings only
Every listing must be:
- accurately described
- clearly photographed
- priced fairly
- marked "used", "new" or "refurbished" correctly
If something doesn't look right, you can report a listing and our team will review it.
Transparency from checkout to delivery
We encourage sellers to:
- dispatch items promptly
- provide tracking where possible
- package safely to avoid damage in transit

When problems happen
