How Can I Cancel My Order?

At this stage, it is not possible to cancel an order directly through the platform. If a buyer wishes to cancel an order, they must contact the seller to initiate the cancellation off-platform, if the seller allows it. Alternatively, If the seller offers refunds then the order will need to be fulfilled and delivered first. After delivery, the buyer can then request a refund, which will be processed if approved by the Seller.
