How do I track an order?  

Tracking your package is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to stay updated on your shipment.

 

Tracking Via Email:

As soon as your item ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email contains all you need to know - the carrier's details and your unique tracking number. Simply visit the carrier's website and input the tracking number to view the current status of your shipment.

 

Tracking on the Platform:

On Desktop

  1. Log Into your account.

  2. Select “My Account” in the top header bar.

  3. Select “My Orders” in the drop down menu.

  4. Select “View Details” on the purchased item you want to track.

  5. When available you will be able to see and select the tracking number and carrier. You can use the tracking number and enter it into the carrier’s own website to track the item.

 

On App

  1. Open the App and Log Into your account.

  2. Select “Menu” in the bottom bar.

  3. Select “My Orders” from the menu.

  4. Select “View Details” in the drop down menu..

  5. When available you will be able to see and select the tracking number and carrier. You can use the tracking number and enter it into the carrier’s own website to track the item.

 

Haven't Received a Tracking Number?

If you're expecting a shipment but haven't received a tracking number try contacting the seller. Reach out directly to the seller to inquire about the status of your tracking number. 

 

By following these straightforward steps, you can easily monitor your purchase's progress from the seller to your doorstep.
