How do I ship with Evri?

Shipping with Evri: Quick and Easy Steps

 

1. List Your Item: Select Evri as your shipping option.

2. Print Your Label: Receive an email with your shipping label once your item is purchased.

3. Package Securely: Pack your item securely and attach the label.

4. Find a EVRI Parcel Point: Locate your nearest Evri drop-off location.

5. Drop Off Your Package: Simply drop off your package.

List Your Item:  When listing your item you can select Evri as your preferred shipping carrier during the shipping options setup. Simply choose Evri from the list of available carriers. The carrier option will only display if your item is within the weight and size limit for Evri services. You must enter both the weight and measurements of the parcel so Evri can correctly calculate the service.

*Evri shipping services are only avaiblable to UK Account holders. 

 

Print Your Label: Once your item is purchased we will email you a shipping label for you to print out and attach to your package. You must ensure the barcode is visable. 

Multiple Items: If you receive an order with multiple items, you'll get a single shipping label for the entire order. Please ensure all items are packaged together in one box that meets Evri’s size requirements.

 

Package Securely: Ensure your items are securely packaged to withstand transportation. Use sturdy boxes and appropriate padding materials. For fragile items, consider using bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Make sure the package is properly sealed and labeled.

Drop Off Your Package: Take your package to the drop off location. The attendant will scan your package and you will receive a receipt which will enable you to track the status of your shipment, as well as give the information to your buyer.

How Do I Track My Parcel?

There are 2 ways to track your parcel. 

1. The Carrier Website: You can track your parcel directly through Evri Track Your Parcel.

2. On ifndautoparts: We will automatically link your tracking number to your order profile. 

1. Sign into account.

2. On Desktop Select 'My Account'. On App Select 'Menu'.

3. Select 'Sold Items'.

4. Select 'View Details'.

5. Select the 'Tracking Number' to be directed to the carriers site to check the status of the shipment.

 

What if I have an issue with the Carrier?

1. Contact the Carrier: If you encounter any issues with your Evri shipment, such as delays or damage, you can contact Evri customer service directly. Provide them with your tracking number and details of the issue. You can head to their Help Centre,https://www.evri.com/contact-us, or call them on 0330 808 5456 (Mon-Fri:8am-4pm Sat: 8am-4pm, Sun: 8am-2pm).

2. Contact Easy Ship: If the carrier is unable to assit, you can also contact Easy Ship directly. Easy Ship will help faciliitate any queries with shipping providers. support@easyship.com.

 

What are the measurement and weight restrictions for using Evri Services?

Package dimensions cannot exceed 15kg in weight,120cm in length, with a maximum girth of 245cm.

To measure girth, use this formula: (Shortest Side 1 + Shortest Side 2) × 2 + Length. Detailed instructions are available on the Evri website here.

 

How do you measure a package?

- Determine Length, Width and Height: The longest side of your parcel is your length.

- Round Up: Make sure you’re rounding up to the nearest centimetre when taking your measurements.

 

Where can I get packaging from to ship my item?

Ensure that all packaging materials you use are viable for a safe and protected journey to their resulting location. Evri does not have their own packaging, however, they are at the forefront promoting sustainable and eco-friendly packaging.

 

What happens if I don't know the weight and dimensions of the Parcel?

Weight and dimensions are required for a precise calculation of the shipping costs, you must measure and weight the parcel.

 

What are shipping restrictions with Evri or prohibited items?

  • Items which you may send but will not be covered or compensated by Evri

    • Poorly packaged items, perishable goods, large quantities of liquids, fragile materials, items over valued over £999, certain electronics, optical equipment, artwork, musical instruments, certain documents, currency, tobacco and tobacco related products, and real fur

    • To keep up to date with the regulations set by Evri, ensure you cross-reference with their website to be provided with the most up to date information 

  • Items prohibited to be shipped by Evri

    • Evri probits the shipment of items such as flammable liquids and products, liquids over 1000mL, sharp objects, pressurised containers, unattached lithium batteries, large vehicle components, illegal items as per local laws, magnetised materials, weapons, drugs, human and animal remains, live animals, and any hazardous and/or toxic substance 

    • To keep up to date with the regulations set by Evri, ensure you cross-reference with their website to be provided with the most up to date information 

All ifndautoparts traders must adhere to the rules and regulations set by Evri.

 

What Do I Do If I Am Shipping Dangerous Goods?

At this time, Seller's are not able to ship dangerous goods via Evri.

Evri Service Options

There are 6 service options available for Sellers and Buyers to select from.

1. International ParcelShop: Is a convenient and reliable solution for sending small parcels and packages globally, up to 15kg - The ideal choice for individuals and businesses seeking user- and cost-friendly international shipping solutions.

2. Next Day ParcelShop: This service is designed for next-day delivery within the UK. You can drop off your parcels at a ParcelShop and they will be delivered the next day within the country​. So long as you drop your parcel off before 12pm, Evri couriers will be able to deliver it to its recipient on the following day.

3. Light and Large: This service is intended for larger items that are still relatively light. It is tailored for domestic shipments within the UK, providing an efficient way to send bulky items that do not exceed Evri weight limits​.

4. ParcelShop: Is a convenient shipping service for small parcels and packages able to fit through standard letterboxes allowing for hassle-free and cost-effective shipping of your smaller parcels. This service allows for both domestic and international shipments.

5. Postable: Is a convenient shipping service for small parcels and packages able to fit through standard letterboxes allowing for hassle-free and cost-effective shipping of your smaller parcels.It is specifically for domestic deliveries within the UK, making it convenient for sending small items​.

6. Postable Next Day: Similar to the Postable service, but with next-day delivery. This is a convenient shipping service for small parcels and packages able to fit through standard letterboxes allowing for hassle-free and cost-effective next-day of your smaller parcels.
