1. Check Out: When a buyer selects Click & Collect at checkout and completes the transaction, they will receive an email containing the collection address and a unique collection code. This code is essential for verifying their identity at pickup.

2. Pickup Arrangements: We recommend listing your collection days/times and handling times within the item description to inform buyers when they can collect their purchase. If this information is not provided, you can communicate directly with the buyer to arrange a convenient collection day and time.

3. Collection: Upon the buyer's arrival, they must present the confirmation code. The seller then enters this code into the system to finalize the sale, confirm the collection, and ensure prompt payment.
