What is My Order Status?

Here's a simple guide to help you check the status of your order and stay updated

 

Order Status Explained

Fully Paid: Payment is complete. 

Completed: Item has been collected or delivered.

In Transit: Your item is on its way to you.

Delivery Failed: Attempted delivery was unsuccessful.

Partially Paid (Seller Only): Item paid for, awaiting shipping payment.

Processing: Payment received, Shipping is being arranged.


 

To check status

On Desktop

  1. Log into your account

  2. Select  "My Account" located at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select  "My Orders" and Locate the order.

  4. You will see the status marked under “Status”. 

  5. In addition you can select “Order Details”. You will see the status marked under “Status”.

On App

  1. Log into your account

  2. Select  "Menu" located at the bottom right corner.

  3. Select  "My Orders" and Locate the order.

  4. Select “View Details”.

  5. You will see the status marked under “Status”.

 

Do NOT have an account:

You will be notified over email on the status of your order.
