How Do I Revoke a Offer?

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may find yourself needing to revoke an offer you've made on an item.

 

Revoking an Offer 

On Desktop

1. Log into your account.

2. Select “My Account” in the top navigation bar. 

3. Select “My Offers” in the drop down.

4. Scroll to the item you have bidded on and select Show offers. 

5. Select the “Revoke” icon button. 

6. Select the “Confirm” button in the pop up box to revoke your offer.

7. The offer will no longer be visible and available for the seller.

 

On App

1. Log into your account.

2. Select “Menu” in the bottom navigation bar. 

3. Select “My Offers” in the drop down.

4. Scroll to the item you have bidded on and select Show offers. 

5. Select the “revoke” icon button. 

6. Select the “confirm” button in the pop up box to revoke your offer.

7. The offer will no longer be visible and available for the seller.

It's important to note that once an offer is revoked, it cannot be reinstated. The revocation is final, and the seller will be notified of your decision.

While revoking an offer is possible, it's essential to maintain clear and open communication. If you've changed your mind about the item or encountered unforeseen circumstances, it's courteous to inform the seller of your decision. A brief message explaining your reasons for revoking the offer can help maintain positive relationships.
