How Do I Get Matched to a Part?
Discover the power of the "Match Me" feature and experience ease in finding the part you need. If your search leaves you empty-handed, don't worry—we’ve got your back.
The "Match Me" service is designed specifically for those moments when the part you're searching for seems elusive. By setting up a "Match Me" alert, we notify you the moment a matching part becomes available on our platform.
Setting up a Match Me Request
On Desktop

Log into your ifndautoparts account.

On the main home page use the Search feature to enter the details of the item you are looking for. To be eligible to be matched to an item simply enter a minimum of 4 out of the 6 search parameters: Part Number, Make, Model, Generation, Category, and Subcategory.

When no listings are available, The "Match Me" bar will appear.

To stay in the loop and be notified when a listing matching your search parameters pops up, hit that "Match Me" button.
On App

Log into your ifndautoparts account.

On the main home page select the ‘Find My Part’ button and use the Search feature to enter the details of the item you are looking for. To be eligible to be matched to an item simply enter a minimum of 4 out of the 6 search parameters: Part Number, Make, Model, Generation, Category, and Subcategory. Once criteria is entered select search.

When no listings are available, The "Match Me" bar will appear.

To stay in the loop and be notified when a listing matching your search parameters pops up, hit that "Match Me" button.
Your search will be saved, and we'll send you an email alert once your perfect part becomes available on our platform.
Where to find your matches
To find the match me request you have set and find out if you have been match you can find it here:
On Desktop

Select “My Account” in the top header.

Select "Match Me & Saved Search" from the drop down.

Select the "Match Me" tab, and behold—your eagerly awaited items that are waiting to be matched.

If you change your mind or find your part elsewhere, you can always click on "Remove Match Me" to cancel the matching service.
On App

Open the App and log into your ifndautoparts account.

Select “Menu” in the bottom bar.

Select "Match Me & Saved Search" from the list.

Select the "Match Me" tab, and behold—your eagerly awaited items that are waiting to be matched.

If you change your mind or find your part elsewhere, you can always click on "Remove Match Me" to cancel the matching service.
