How Can I Leave a Review on My Order?
Here's how to leave a review on a purchased item:
On Desktop

Sign in to your account.

Select “My Account” in the top navigation bar.

Select “My Orders”

Select “Order Details” on the listing you would like to leave a review on.

Select “Rate The Seller” button.

A pop up will show where you can rate the seller out of 5 stars. Select the star rating.

In the dialogue box you can leave any additional feedback.

Select the “Submit” button.
On App
-
Open the App and Sign into your account.

Select “My Account” in the top navigation bar.

Scroll and select “My Orders”

Select “Order Details” on the listing you would like to leave a review on.

Select the “Rate The Seller” button.

A pop up will show where you can rate the seller out of 5 stars. Select the star rating.

In the dialogue box you can leave any additional feedback.

Select the “Submit” button.
You can only leave a review on an item once the item has been received and the transaction has been completed.
