Simply reach out and get all the details straight from the source. Plus, you can flex your negotiation skills and strike a sweet deal without breaking a sweat. 

 

Start a new conversation

On Desktop

1. Sign in to your account.

2. When on a listing page, select “Contact Seller” located under the listing image.

3. Type your question into the text box or select one of the pre-loaded questions. 

4. Select the “Arrow” button to send the message.

On App

1. Sign in to your account.

2. When on a listing page, select “Contact Seller” located under the Payment Info.

3. Type your question into the text box or select one of the pre-loaded questions. 

1. Select the “Arrow” button to send the message.

 

Existing Conversation

On Desktop

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select the Message icon located in the top right header bar.

3. Select the conversation in the left column of the messages.

4. Type the message and Select the “Arrow” button to send the message.

On App

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select the Message icon located in the bottom bar.

3. Select the conversation.

4. Type the message and Select the “Arrow” button to send the message.

Hot Tip: You can also go into My Orders, View Details on the order you would like to contact the seller on and select Contact Seller to send the seller a question.
