How do I update my account details?

Keeping your account details up to date is essential. Whether you've changed your contact information, want to update your preferences, or need to modify your profile, just follow these steps to update your details. 

 

On Desktop

1. Sign in to your account using your username and password

2. Select ”My Account” in the top navigation bar

3. Select "My ifnd Profile" from the drop down menu

4. Select "Profile Details"

To update your personal information, such as your name, email address, or contact number:

• Under "Contact Information" select the information you would like to update
• Enter your new details
• Double-check the entered information for accuracy before saving the changes
• Click the “Save” button to apply the changes to your account

 

On App 

1. Sign in to your account using your username and password

2. Select “Menu” in the bottom navigation bar

3. Select "Profile Details" 

To update your personal information, such as your name, email address, or contact number:

• Under "Contact Information" select the information you would like to update.
• Enter your new details
• Double-check the entered information for accuracy before saving the changes.
• Click the “Save” button to apply the changes to your account.
