How do I set up Holiday Mode ?

If you're planning to be away during a specific period and won't be available to handle orders or enquiries, you can set up holiday mode to inform your customers about your unavailability. Here's how you can do it:

On App

1. Open the App and Sign in to Your ifndautoparts Account

2. Select Menu in the bottom navigation bar

3. Select Profile Details

4. Scroll to Account Actions segment 

5. Select the toggle button next to Holiday Mode (it will turn from Grey to Green to show that it has been selected)

6. Select the amount of days you would like Holiday Mode to be turned on for*

7. You do not need to save this update as it saves automatically

On Desktop

1. Sign in to Your ifndautoparts account

2. Select My Account in the top navigation bar

3. Select My ifnd profile

4. Select Profile Details 

5. Scroll to Account Actions segment

6. Select the toggle button next to Holiday Mode (it will turn from Grey to Green to show that it has been selected)

7. Select the amount of days you would like Holiday Mode to be turned on for*

8. You do not need to save this update as it saves automatically

 

*Tip: If the timeframe selection doesn't cover your entire time away, simply extend your holiday mode by adding more days once the initial period ends. 

 

What Happens When You Turn on "Holiday Mode":

• Your account will be temporarily inactive until you turn off "Holiday Mode." This means you won't be able to receive new orders or messages during this period.

• Before turning on the holiday mode, make sure to check for any pending orders, as they will not be automatically canceled. It's essential to fulfill these orders promptly or make alternative arrangements with the buyers.

• Your listings will not appear in search results while your account is in holiday mode. This helps to manage customer expectations and avoids new orders being placed during your absence.
