How Do I Disconnect My Payment Provider?
To disconnect your payment account, whether it be PayPal or Stripe, you need to do so through the respective platform:
Disconnecting via PayPal or Stripe:
- Log in to your PayPal or Stripe account.
- Go to your account settings and find the option to disconnect from ifndautoparts.
Effect on Listings:
- Disconnecting your payment provider will immediately deactivate any active listings, including auctions, on ifndautoparts.
- Deactivated listings can be found in your drafts.
Finding Deactivated Listings:
On Desktop
1. Log into your account.
2. Select “My Account” in the top header bar.
3. Select 'Inventory' or 'My Listings'.
4. Select the 'Draft' tab. Here you will find drafted lisitng.
On App
1. Log into your account.
2. Select “Menu” in the bottom bar.
3. Select 'Inventory' or 'My Listings'.
4. Select the 'Draft' tab. Here you will find drafted lisitng.
Reactivating Listings:
- Once you have reconnected a payment provider, you can publish your listings from the “Drafts” section or load new listings.
