How do I connect my Stripe account?

To start receiving payments directly into your Stripe  account, you need to connect your Stripe account. Follow the instructions below to establish the connection with Stripe:

 

On Desktop

1.  Log in to your ifndautoparts account.

2. Select My Account from the top navigation bar.

3. Select Payment Setup from the drop down menu

4. Select Connect Stripe Button (*Top Tip: You can connect both Stripe and PayPal if you wish) 

5. You will be redirected to the Stripe website to connect or create an account

6. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by Stripe

7. After following Stripe's process, return to the ifndautoparts website. If the connection is complete, you’ll see a Go To Stripe button. If not, you’ll still have the option to reconnect. 

Tip: the connection may take a little time. Try refreshing the page or checking back later. If it still hasn't connected after 24 hours, feel free to reach out to our suppport team for assistnace. 

On App

1. Launch the ifndautoparts app and sign in to your account.

2. Select Menu from the bottom navigation bar

3. Select Payment Setup 

4. Select Connect Stripe Button (*Top Tip: You can connect both Stripe and PayPal if you wish) 

5. You will be redirected to the Stripe website to complete the process.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by Stripe to connect your existing Stripe account or create a new one.

7.  Once the connection is successful, return to the ifndautoparts website.

Once you've successfully connected your Stripe account to your ifndautoparts profile, you'll be able to receive payments seamlessly from your buyers. Please note that any payment-related issues or inquiries should be directed to Stripe's customer support, as they handle the Stripe payment processing on our platform.
