Where is my listing?
If you're wondering where your listing is on ifndautoparts, we're here to provide you with some helpful information. Understanding the location and visibility of your listing is essential for attracting potential buyers.
Active Listings
Once you've successfully created and published your listing, it will be considered an active listing. Active listings are those that are available and searchable by users browsing the platform.
How to find your active listings:
On Desktop
1. Log into your ifndautoparts account using your username and password.
2. Select ”My Account” in the top navigation bar.
3. Select "My Listings" from the drop down menu.
4. Active listings are displayed under the published listings tab.
On App
1. Log into your ifndautoparts account using your username and password.
2. Select “Menu” in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Select "My Listings" from the drop down menu.
4. Active listings are displayed under the published listings tab.
Search Results: One of the key places where your listing can be found is in the search results. When buyers search for specific items or browse relevant categories on ifndautoparts, your listing will appear if it matches their search criteria. The search results page showcases multiple listings that meet the user's query.
Sold Listings
If your listing has been sold or is no longer available, it will be categorized as sold. Sold listings are those that have been successfully sold and are no longer available for purchase. You can find your inactive or sold listings in the respective section of your account.
How to find your sold listings:
On Desktop
1. Log into your ifndautoparts account using your username and password.
2. Select ”My Account” in the top navigation bar.
3. For a standard account select "My Listings" from the drop down menu. For a Business Account Select “Inventory”
4. For a standard account sold listings are displayed under the “Sold Out” listings tab. For Business accounts you can see the sold listing under the Status Column.
Alternatively,
1. Log into your ifndautoparts account using your username and password.
2. Select ”My Account” in the top navigation bar.
3. Select "Sold Items" from the drop down menu. Here you will see all your sold orders.
On App
1. Log into your ifndautoparts account using your username and password.
2. Select “Menu” in the bottom navigation bar.
3. For a standard account select "My Listings" from the drop down menu. For a Business Account Select “Inventory”
4. For a standard account sold listings are displayed under the “Sold Out” listings tab. For Business accounts you can see the sold listing under the Status Column.

3. Select "Sold Items" from the drop down menu. Here you will see all your sold orders.
Draft Listings
Your listing may have accidentally ended up in your drafts. Head to “My Listings” or “Inventory” under your account and check the draft tab to see if your listing is there. You can manage listings from this tab and publish the listing so it is live.
How to find your draft listings:
On Desktop
1. Log into your ifndautoparts account using your username and password.
2. Select ”My Account” in the top navigation bar.
3. Select "My Listings" or “Inventory” from the drop down menu.
4. Draft listings are displayed under the “Draft” listings tab.
On App
1. Log into your ifndautoparts account using your username and password.
2. Select “Menu” in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Select "My Listings" or “Inventory” from the drop down menu.
4. Draft listings are displayed under the “Draft” listings tab.
