I'm not receiving emails
Having trouble receiving emails? We're here to help! Here are a few steps you can take to ensure you receive all our important communications:

Double-check your email address: Make sure the email address listed in your account settings is correct.

Check your spam and junk folders: Sometimes, emails from us may mistakenly end up in your spam or junk folder. Take a look there to see if any of our emails were redirected. If you're using Gmail, also check the Promotions and Social tabs.

Missing order notifications? If you paid for your order with PayPal or Apple Pay, please check the email address associated with your PayPal or Apple Pay account, as your order receipt may have been sent there.
