How do I report a bug?
If you encounter any technical issues or bugs while using our platform, we encourage you to report them to us.
When reporting a bug
1. Identify the Bug:
Take note of the specific issue or bug you encountered. Be as detailed as possible in describing the problem, including the steps that led to the issue and any error messages or unexpected behaviors you observed.
2. Gather Information:
Before reporting the bug, gather relevant information that can assist our technical team in understanding and resolving the issue. This may include the device and browser you were using, the operating system version, and any other relevant details about your setup.
3. Take Screenshots or Record a Video:
Whenever possible, capture screenshots or record a video of the bug you encountered. Visual evidence can provide valuable context to our team, making it easier for them to identify and address the issue promptly.
5. Provide Detailed Bug Description:
Providing a comprehensive description of the bug you encountered. Include the steps to reproduce the issue, the expected outcome versus the actual behavior, and any additional information you gathered in the previous steps.
