How do I set up a shipping policy?

Creating a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience starts with clear shipping policies. Here’s a step-by-step guide to setting up your shipping policy.

 

On Desktop

1. Log into your ifndautoparts account.

2. Select “My Account” in the top header bar.

3. Select “Shipping & Return Rules” in the drop down menu,  here you will be able to create your shipping policy.

4. Select the toggle to green if you do offer international shipping and keep grey if you do not. 

5. Select your preferred carrier from the drop down.

6. Next, enter your shipping policy into the text box. 

7. Next, select a dispatch address from your saved address or type in the dispatch address.

8. To save, select the ‘Save Changes’ button.

 

On App

1. Open the app and log into your account.

2. Select “Menu” in the bottom bar.

3. Select “Shipping & Return Rules” in the menu,  here you will be able to create your shipping policy..

4. Select the toggle to green if you do offer international shipping and keep grey if you do not. 

5. Select your preferred carrier from the drop down.

6. Next, enter your shipping policy into the text box. 

7. Next, select a dispatch address from your saved address or type in the dispatch address.

8. To save, select the ‘Save Changes’ button.

 

Important Notes:

- Updating Policies: Changes to your shipping policy will not automatically apply to existing listings. You'll need to update these manually.

- Customization: While setting up your general shipping policy, remember you can always customize specific details for each new listing, offering flexibility and precision.
