What should I do if I receive a refund request I disagree with?

You will only receive a refund request if you have enabled this feature and set a refund policy on your listing. If you receive a refund request that you do not believe falls under your predetermined refund/return policy, you have the option to dispute it. While ifndautoparts provides tools for handling refunds and returns, you must also adhere to the laws and regulations set by your local governing body.

 

To reject a refund request, follow the steps outlined  under “How Do I Refund a Buyer?”. Please ensure you comply with all local laws when managing disputes and refunds.
