What do I do if I didn't receive payment?

In rare instances, you may experience a payout issue while receiving funds from your sales. If you encounter such an issue, please follow these steps to address the situation:

 

Check Payment Connection:

Make sure that the payment account Stripe or PayPal has been correctly connected to the platform. Ensure that you have connected the correct account. 

 On Desktop

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Select My Account in the top navigation bar.

  3. Select My ifnd Profile.

  4. Select Profile Details.

  5. Scroll to Payment Connection and see which account you have connected.

  6. Select the Go to Stripe or Go to PayPal to check your connected account details.

On App

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Select Menu in the Bottom navigation bar.

  3. Select Profile Details.

  4. Scroll to Payment Connection and see which account you have connected.

  5. Select the Go to Stripe or Go to PayPal to check your connected account details.

 

Check with PayPal or Stripe:

Additionally, consider checking your bank details with PayPal or Stripe, the payment gateway you use for your transactions. Ensure that your account settings and details are accurate on their respective platforms. If needed, reach out to their customer support for assistance.

 

Review Payout Policies:

Familiarize yourself with the payout policies and requirements of each provider. You can payout information here.
