How do I set up my shipping rules?
Providing clear and transparent shipping rules and options will help your customers make informed purchasing decisions and ensure a smooth shipping experience. Here's how to set up your shipping rules.
On Desktop

Sign in to Your ifndautoparts Account.

Select My Account in the top navigation bar.

Select Shipping & Return Rules in the drop down menu.

Go to the My Shipping Policy section.

If you would like to offer international shipping, click the toggle next to International Shipping Offered. Otherwise, leave it unchanged.

You can choose to assign a Preferred Shipping Carrier from the drop down. This is not mandatory.

In the Shipping Info text box specify your shipping rules and policies.

Select a dispatch address from your address book or type a new dispatch address.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and Select the Save Changes button
On App

Open the App and Sign in Your ifndautoparts account

Select Menu in the bottom navigation bar

Select Shipping & Return Rules in the drop down menu

Go to My Shipping Policy section (at the top of the page)

Select a Dispatch Address from your address book or type a new dispatch address
9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Select the Save Changes button
Pro tip: Saving your shipping rules in your account will allow you to assign your policy to all newly created listings. You can also manually update and change your shipping policy when creating a new listing or managing an existing listing.
Please note that your shipping rules will not automatically update on existing listings and this will need to be applied individually.
