How Do I Receive Invoices from My Sales?

To receive invoices from your sales, Follow these steps:

 

1. Log into your account on a desktop.

2.  Select “My Account" in the top header bar.

3. Select “Sold Items” in the “Selling” section of your profile.

4. Select the order you want to view the invoice.

5. Select the the “Download Invoice” button. The invoice will be downloaded to your downloads folder.

 

Ensure you are using a desktop to generate and download invoices, as this feature is not available on mobile devices.
