I forgot my password

 

Forgot your password? Follow the below steps to change your password.

Pro tip: Passwords must include at least 8 characters, including a lowercase and uppercase letter, and at least one number.

On Desktop

Using Your Phone Number:

1. Go the ifnduatoparts homepage and select the "Sign In" button in the Menu Bar

2. Select the "Forgot Password" text

3. Enter your phone number and select the "Submit" button.

4. You will receive a text with a one-time 6-digit code.

5. Enter the 6-digit-code into the verification screen and select the "Verify" button.

6. Enter your new password , confirm your password,  and select the "Reset" button.

7. You will be redirected to the Sign in page and prompted to Sign in with your new password. 

 

Using Your Email:

1. Go to the ifndautoparts "Sign In" page.

2. Select the "Email" button.

3. Select "Forgot Password" text

4. Enter your email address

5. You will receive an email with a one time 6-digit code

6. Enter the 6-digit code into the verification screen onsite and select the "Verify" button.

7. Enter your new password and confirm your password and select the "Reset" button.

8. You will be redirected to the Sign in page and prompted to Sign in with your new password. 

 

On App

Using Phone Number:

1. Open the ifndautoparts app.

Didn't receive a code? No problem. You can either select the 'Resend Code' option on the verification page, or double-check that the email or phone number you entered is accurate.
