How do I create an account?

 

Ready to join the dynamic community of ifndautoparts, where auto enthusiasts unite ? Creating an account is quick and easy. Let's get started:

 

Personal Account 

Business Account 

 

For Desktop

1. Select the "Sell with us" button in the top menu bar

2. Select "Personal Account" or "Business Account" Button (whichever is applicable to you)

 

For App

1. Select the “Sell with us” button or the “Sign up” text.

2. Select "Personal Account" or "Business Account" Button (whichever is applicable to you)

 

Personal Account

*The default sign-up form requires a phone number to create an account. However, you can also sign-up via email, facebook, Google and Apple by simply selecting the relevant button on the page and following the prompts. 

1. Enter your full name

2. Enter your phone number  (you can select your country flag from the drop-down menu)

3. Create a password

4. Re-enter password to confirm 

5. Select the “User Agreement” and "Privacy Policy" text to review the agreement. To confirm you have read and agree to the Terms and conditions, select the tick box. 

6. Select the “Sign up” button

7. You will need to verify your phone number. To do so, a code will be sent to your mobile phone used to create the account. (Note: if you signed up via email, the code will be sent to your email address used to create an account). 

8. Follow the prompts to enter the verification code 

9. Once entered, select the "Verify" button 

10. Your account is now set up

 

Business Account

1. Enter your: 

   • Business name: This must be the registered or trading name of the business 

   • Contact name: Only individuals authorized to represent the business are eligible to create an account. This means that the person registering the account must have legal authority to act on behalf of the business

   • Business Phone Number: the registered phone number that is used for business purposes and be contactable

   • Business Email: You must use an email address specifically designated for business purposes, and that is in frequent use

   • Business Segment: Select the most relevant title for your business

   • Business Location: Select your Business location

   • Business address: This must be the registered address of the business

   • Business registration number: Include the unique registration number assigned to your company

   • Business Structure: Specify the type or category of your business

   • Business VAT/TAX Number: Include your Value Added Tax (VAT) or TAX ID number if applicable

   • Create and Confirm a Password: Generate a secure password for your account

2. Select the “User Agreement” and "Privacy Policy" text to review the agreement. To confirm you have read and agree to the Terms and conditions, select the tick box.

3. Select the “Sign up” button.

4. Business Verification: 

   • You will be prompted to upload documents in order for us to verify the legitimacy of your business. This may include your Company certificate, or other business documents to authenticate your company

   • Once uploaded, click the "Submit" button

   • You will be notified that the information cannot be changed after submission

   • *If you prefer, you can also add the documents later by selecting "Add Later text". However, Please be aware that you will not be able to publish listings on the Site until all required verification documents have been submitted and approved. 

5.  Add your Payment Provider: You will be prompted to connect your payment partner so that when you start selling you can receive funds. You can also add these details later by visiting your profile.
