How do I close my account?

If you have decided to close your account, we understand that it's an important decision. Please note that closing or deleting your account is irreversible, so please consider your decision carefully before proceeding.

 

On Desktop

1. Sign in to your ifndautoparts account.

2. Select “My Account” in the top navigation bar.

3. Select “My ifnd profile”.

4. Select “Profile Details”. 

5. Scroll to find Account Actions.

6. Select the “Delete Account” Button.

7. Choose the reason for closing the account and select the “Delete Account” button.

 

On App

1. Open the App and Log into Your ifndautoparts Account. 

2. Select “Menu” in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Select “Profile Details”.

4. Scroll to find Account Actions.

5. Select the “Delete Account” Button.

6. Choose the reason for closing the account and select the “Delete Account” button.

 

Account Closure Considerations:

Before closing / deleting your account, take a moment to consider the following: 

• Unresolved Transactions: Ensure all pending transactions, such as purchases or sales, are completed or resolved before closing your account.

• Outstanding Payments: Verify that there are no outstanding payments or refunds pending on your account.

• Data Backup: If there is any information or data you wish to retain, make sure to back it up and save it externally.
